PET QUALIFICAITON/PET POLICY
A pet addendum must be signed, and applicable pet fees must be received by the management.

• No animal may be brought into unit without explicit written approval from management.
• Breed Restrictions: Only cats and dogs are allowed. No caged animals. No exotic pets. Aggressive breed dogs (or pets that may have a violent or dangerous disposition) are not permitted, including but not limited to: Pit Bull, Staffordshire terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Boxer and/or any similar breed or mixed breed. This does not guarantee the approval of any other breed not listed.
• The maximum number of pets: Cats: 3 max; Dogs: 2 max per apartment. Pets will be subject to visual inspection.
• Aquariums up to 5 gallons are allowed with a $350 pet fee.
• Existing residents who desire to get a new pet must notify management and fill out a pet application. Pet must be approved by management before it can stay on property with resident.
• A copy of veterinarian records, current immunizations, pet picture will be required prior to move in.
• Pet fee and pet rent is per the Animal Addendum in your lease.
• Pets must have current rabies shot and wear a collar with a rabies tag at all times on the property.
• All pets shall not be kept or used for commercial purpose. All cats, dogs must be spayed or neutered by six months of age unless procedure is deemed medically unsafe by veterinarian. (Records must be provided and approved by management.)
• At no time will an animal be tethered or tied outside the apartment. This includes the patio, balcony, or any other common area.
• Pets must always be on leash on community property/grounds.
• Pets must not be left unattended on patios or balconies.
• Residents are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their animals by discarding securely bagged pet droppings in the dumpster/trash. Dog waste transmits diseases! Please keep our property grounds safe and sanitary for all residents. Fines of $25 per occurrence will be enforced effective immediately.
• (1) Guest pet can only stay in the unit for no more than 2 consecutive days for a maximum of 10 days in any one-year period. Prior written management approval is required for guest pets. Pet policy must be met by the guest pet.
• A fine will be charged for unauthorized pets.
• Assistance animals for persons with disabilities are not considered to be pets and are not subject to breed and size restrictions. Assistance animals still require prior written approval of management and are subject to verification.
